I hadn’t planned on doing another French wedding theme so soon, but this one practically jumped into my lap! It’s a cubism themed wedding, based on Nude in an Armchair by Pablo Picasso.
The Dress: Wait for it…..wait for it…..ka-BAM! Doesn’t this Samourai 1947 dress by Christian Dior look just like the Picasso painting come to life?? It’s just SO over the top!

The Flowers: Fresh, moderne, AND worthy of a Dior gown? Why Christian Tortu, of course. And The Cake?: Try a jagged tower of white chocolate spirals presented on a streamlined silver stand.

The Ceremony Venue: Nothing could compete with the dress, so I’m suggesting a minimalist space with a lot of character, like BlancLoft, a stark artists loft with great lines in the 14th arrondissement.

Reception Ambiance: Somewhere sleek, white, ultra-modern yet romantic, like Bon, the Phillip Starck-designed restaurant on the Rue de la Pompe.
